Summary

The fund aims to provide potential long-term capital appreciation by investing in Tata Nifty India Digital Exchange Traded Fund. The Fund of Fund indirectly participates in potential Capital appreciation opportunities in information technology sector benefiting from Indian economic growth. Potential Indian economic growth with favorable demographic divide and support from government to digitize India may provide bright opportunities in digital sector.

Investment Philosophy

The fund of fund includes Nifty India Digital ETF which provides exposure to the growing Digital Space in India including:
- Digital Change Agents which are transforming the traditional businesses by automation and reimagining modes of delivery.
- Digital Enablers which include Indian IT companies which enabling Digitisation of traditional businesses.

Portfolio Positioning and Construction

The constituents include Nifty India Digital Exchange Traded Fund, that focuses on the following themes:

Digital change agents
- Transforming the traditional businesses by automation
- Re-imagining modes of delivery
- Set to grow strongly over the coming years
- Emergence of new hybrid segments like consumer tech, fintech, edtech, etc.
Digital Enablers:
- The Indian IT services companies which are ahead in digital and cloud capabilities are enabling:
- Digitalisation of the traditional businesses
- Helping fuel the growth of start-ups through technology solutions
Companies which are in the automation/robotics/IoT space.

Exit Load

1) NIL - Redemption/Switch-out/SWP/STP on or before expiry of 12 Months from the date of allotment: If the withdrawal amount or switched out amount is not more than 12% of the original cost of investment.

2) 1% - Redemption/Switch-out/SWP/STP on or before expiry of 12 Months from the 1% date of allotment: If the withdrawal amount or switched out amount is more than 12% of the original cost of investment.

3) NIL - exemption/Switch-out/SWP/STP after expiry of 12 Months from the date of allotment. Unitholders will have the facility to withdraw maximum upto 12% of original cost of investment under Systematic Withdrawal Plan (SWP), Systematic Transfer Plan (STP) and redemption/Switch-out without an exit load on First in First Out Basis
