BE ALERT, BE VIGILANT, EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION

This notice is issued in the public interest by Tata Asset Management Private Limited ("Tata AMC" or "Company"), acting as the investment manager to Tata Mutual Fund ("Fund"), Tata Alternative Investment Funds; providing Portfolio Management Services and Advisory Services to clients.

All investors, distributors, brokers, investment advisors, partners of Tata AMC, and the general public are hereby admonished that certain nefarious individuals, groups, or agencies have been endeavoring to deceive or defraud the public by surreptitiously appropriating the name of Tata AMC/Fund. These malefactors have been disseminating spurious scheme-related documents, presentations, brochures, and materials, masquerading as Tata AMC officials, fraudulently misrepresenting their association or affiliation with Tata AMC/Fund and misusing our logo, through social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Furthermore, unauthorized and counterfeit social media accounts, websites, and mobile applications have been created, misusing the name of Tata AMC/Fund with the apparent intent to mislead, cheat, or defraud the public.

It is imperative to note that neither Tata AMC, the Fund, its representatives or employees, nor any Tata Group company have any association with these individuals, groups, or agencies or any fraudulent activities perpetrated by them. The Company shall not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any loss or damage that anyone may suffer or incur as a consequence of these fraudulent activities.

Any person corresponding with such individuals, agencies, or groups in any manner whatsoever will be doing so at their own peril, as to costs and consequences, or may fall prey to such fraudulent activities.

Should you encounter any such counterfeit social media groups/entities and fraudulent activity, please contact Tata AMC/Fund at service@tataamc.com so that appropriate action may be taken to curb such malfeasance.

Investors are strongly encouraged to read the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) 'Informed Investor Sahi Hai' booklet to protect themselves from potential investment fraud and scams.
