- What is Transact Online?
Transact Online is a service offered on www.tatamutualfund.com for investors of Tata Mutual Fund whereby they can Purchase, Redeem or Switch units of Tata Mutual Fund schemes (except Tata Service Industries Fund and Tata Contra Fund, Tata Young Citizen Fund.) online. They can also view their Account Details, Transaction Details and Statement of Account online
- What are the facilities available in Transact Online account?
The following facilities are available under the Transact Online module:
Purchase of Units
Switch and Redemption of units
Viewing portfolio and Transaction History
Viewing of account statement
Please note that the above mentioned facilities are not available for Tata Service Industries Fund and Tata Contra Fund, Tata Young Citizen Fund.
- How can I register for Transact Online facility?
To register for Online Transact facility you need to have a folio number with Tata Mutual Fund and should have been registered with us by executing a PIN agreement.
- What are the documents / agreement required to use the Online Transaction facility?
PIN Agreement signed on all pages by all holders and a self attested copy of your PAN card (if not provided earlier) is the mandatory documents for online transaction facility. Furthermore, to register for Online Transact facility you are required to have a folio number with Tata Mutual Fund and accordingly shall be registered with us by executing a PIN agreement. Also Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance is mandatory for investments of Rs. 50,000 or more and therefore a copy of the KYC acknowledgement needs to be submitted if your wish to purchase more than Rs. 50,000/- or more using the online transaction facility.
- How do I obtain the PIN agreement form?
You can place a request for PIN agreement form by sending a written request for the same signed by all the unit holders (depending on your mode of holding). You may submit such requests to the nearest AMC branch or to CAMS Investor Services Centre.

The PIN agreement form printed on an Rs.300/- stamp paper will be sent to you within 7 working days.
- Where do I submit the PIN agreement form?
This PIN agreement can be submitted at any of the TAML branches or CAMS Investor Service Centre.
- What is the NAV applicable for my transactions?
The cut-off time for the online transactions is 15 minutes prior to the cut –off timings as applicable for the specific scheme in an offline mode. The details of timings are mentioned in the offer document and website (www.tatamutualfund.com). The time will be the time at which the request is logged in. Please note that incase of liquid schemes your transaction would be processed on the business day your funds are credited to our bank account.
- Is transact online module safe and secured?
Yes. Tata Mutual Fund has taken sufficient measures to ensure that the information transmitted between you and us across the internet is safe and secured. We have obtained the Digital Security certificate which has one 128-bit encryption level from Verisign
- With which banks is the online purchase facility activated?
Currently we have the online purchase facility activated with the following Banks:
